Shipping policy

Usually the orders are shipped from our warehouse on the same or on the next business day after we have received the order. If we require a pre-payment on your order the order will be sent as soon as possible after we have received the payment. Please note that there can be occasional delays on holiday seasons.

We provide several shipping methods. The available methods for your order depend on the size of the order and the destination country. The available methods will be displayed when you proceed with your order.

Shipping times and costs

Europe: Orders to Europe are shipped with GLS, DHL or FedEx based on customers preference, location and the size of the order. Generally the delivery time to Europe is from 2 to 8 business days. The cost for shipping is around 20-40€. 

Rest of the World: To countries outside Europe orders are shipped with DHL or FedEx. Generally the delivery outside Europe is from 2 to 8 business days. Please contact us to request the shipping costs for your country.
